Computers 4 Africa have donated a laptop to Rosa Ankama in Namibia!

15/08/2013

Rosa and Daniel live towards the edge of a township in Orwetoveni, Otjiwarongo.  Before owning the laptop she had to walk five miles into town to use a computer.

The laptop will help Rosa start-up and run her and her husband Daniel’s electrical company.  With it she can type quotes, invoices and payslips all from home.

Rosa says: “I can’t express my gratitude about the computer that Computers 4 Africa sent me.  I don’t have the words to explain how happy I am.”

Rosa has had a keen interest in computers for six years.  During this time she successfully qualified from a computer course.  She managed to attend every session despite her son falling ill with malaria and passed her exams with top marks.

Her aim is to one day own a small brick house.
